IT Auditor Full Time

CBQA Global put their customer as a partner, hence the nature of the role, excellent customer service, integrity of individual, communication skills are required as you will be responsible for representing CBQA Global

Responsibility

1. Plan, arrange, and undertake detailed evaluations of premises, procedures, and practices against pre-determined standards;
2. To maintain/deliver administrative works (related to audit planning and reporting stages) on-time or as per requested time-line / due-date
3. Use objective evidence gained through evaluations to prepare detailed reports accurately and concisely. Also, you will be required to report findings verbally to clients;
4. Under-take client follow-up;
5. Provide certification recommendation;
6. Provide answers to any requests arising during the technical review of files;
7. Aid in the maintenance of comprehensive customer files, including all necessary documentation, as well as auditor report package (*such as: audit report, including findings and recommendations, finding form, audit note, etc) to facilitate internal and external communications regarding client needs and accreditation purpose
8. Follow-up audit recommendations and practical improvements implemented in the system.

Experience & Requirement Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
2. Working experience: at least four years in IT sector and preferable at least two years are in a role or function relating to information security (ISMS) or IT Auditor;
3. Preferable to have certificate ISO/IEC 27001
4. Having other certificates such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, CISA are a plus.
5. Having experience as consultant, IT Auditor
6. (Preferable) to have at least 2 (two) year experiences as an Internal Auditor or it Auditor in the entire process of assessing information security or it audit
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
8. Extensive post qualification experience related to the IT industry;
9. Excellent report writing, analytical, and presentation/communication skills;
10. Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direction displaying credibility and responsibility;
11. Fluent, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Any additional language would be highly advantageous;
12. Be able to put complex operations in a broad perspective and to understand the role of individual units in larger client organizations;
13. Able to lead) and also work as a team member in a team of Auditor (s);
14. Having a good-ethical manner during work as a team member or as a team leader
