JOB DESCRIPPTION:

The Factory Department is responsible for producing sugar with various sustainable processes that have to be adjusted to the current operating standards. Factory has 6 large divisions with various sections divided in them, which is:

1. Mill & Boiler

• Responsible in the cane mill to produce Nira and the steam power plant.
• Ensuring and monitoring parameters in the Mill and Boiler division according to the actual KPI.
• Provides a steam that will be used for sugar production.
• Perform quality control to match KPI.

2. Process House

• Responsible to make sure the appetizer goes well.
• Monitors process clarity and evaporation during production.
• Ensuring the process of purification of sugar to produce quality sugar crystals.
• Quality control of all materials and progress to match the KPI.

3. Electric & Instrument

• Responsible for making sure the power supply is available for production, offices, and housing.
• Make sure the entire instrument covers sensors, transmitters, operates properly.
• Perform quality control to match KPI.

Four. Engineering Service

• Making sure the operations of the production engine equipment are smooth
• Being supportive system for maintenance and production engine repair
• Make sure all the tools and machines are well guarded.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production machines

5. Laboratory

• Doing lab analysis of material, brix, pol and other sugar production indicators.
• Make sure the analyzer is calibrated and verified properly.
• Giving lab analysis reports as an evaluation material for sustainable repairs.

Six. Factory Administration Services (FAS)

• Making sure that administrative related services are going smoothly.
• Fulfill the needs and infrastructure for employees at the Department of Factory.
• Responsive with new information associated with employees, such as company policy, regulations, security, order, discipline and environmental hygiene.
• Create a program to reach KP, monitor target achievement and evaluate results.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. From the next major:

• S1 / D3 Engineering (Mill & Boiler Division, Engineering Services Division)
• S1 / D3 Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Industrial Technology, Food Technology
• Electro Engineering S1 (Electric & Instrumentation Division)
• S1 / D3 All majors (FAS Division)

2. minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
3. New graduates are welcome to propose.
4. Ready to be placed in the Midwest or Basil Bone
