Prepare for a professional career, Wilson Pradana Damanik Intern at KATI Division IV Cape Cliff
The Lampung Banker - in an effort to increase the competence and readiness against the working world, Indonesian University student, Wilson Pradana Damanik, carried out an internship at the Indonesian Railroad PT. This event became a means for students to acquire live experience and develop professional skills relevant to industrial needs. Through this internship program, Wilson has had the opportunity to understand the various working processes in the corporate environment, from administration, service, to operational support the traffic activities. The experience is expected to expand the insight and increase student adaptability skills to professional working culture. Ghufroni An Arms, S.Pd., MPd., who gave orders and mentorship during the internship. The collaboration between college and the industrial world is a strategic step towards creating a competent, competitive and ready to contribute to the workforce. Indonesian University of Teknokrat continues to encourage students to actively enter training programs as an implementation of practice-based learning. Through direct experience at the company, students not only acquire technical knowledge, but also hone communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and work ethic which became a major service.
