Work Description:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Configuring and syncing project charters, resource, risk, as well as coordinating stakeholders to confirm direction and obvious readiness.
• Execution and Monitoring: Preserving project completion on scope, budget, and quality by monitoring progress, validating needs, and supporting IT teams to the UAT stage.
• Stakeholder Management: Preserving communication and alignment of stakeholder to be fulfilled and supporting change management.
• Evaluation & Continuous Improvidence: Perform a review for projects that are finished to identify learning and recommend enhancement in digital project management practices.

Condition:

1. Graduated S1 / S2 in Information Engineering, Information System, or related field.
2. Has a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in management of the IT / digital project.
3. Understanding basic Business Analytics, Project Management, Risk Management, as well as digital tools (MS Project, Jira, Trollo, Asana).
4. Have an analytical thinking and a good solving problem.
5. It has communication skills, coordination, leadership, and adaptability in new environments.
6. Understanding the stakeholder management process and keeping communication effective with various parties.
