_ — In an effort to improve the readiness of the work world, students of the University of Teknowrat Indonesia again show their commitment through self-study activities in various professional agencies. This time, three students are Widia Sari, Lulu Puupita Sari, and Arsya Fidela Adani carried out an independent internship program at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Antamari.
This internship became one of the strategic steps for students to hone practical skills as well as understand directly the business world dynamics, especially in the Philadelphia banking sector. During the internship, students were involved in various operational activities, starting with customer services, bank administration, to understand the prolific working system applied to the Indonesian Sharia Bank environment.

In doing so, this activity is under the tutoring guidance Fenty Ariany, S.T., M.Kom, actively giving direction and making sure students are able to integrate the science that is obtained in college stands with real field experience.
Through this program, it is expected that students not only gain work experience, but are also able to develop soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and professional ethics that are sorely needed in the industry. This internship has at once been a living proof that Teknocrat students are ready to compete and contribute to the world of work with the finer supply of competence.
With the presence of this self-study program, there are expected to be more and more students who are actively seeking early work experiences as part of future career preparations.
