Mahasiswa Teknokrat Jalani Magang di PT Dimiyati untuk Tingkatkan Kompetensi Profesional

Bandar Lampung – Mahasiswa Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia kembali melaksanakan program magang sebagai bentuk pengembangan kompetensi dan kesiapan menghadapi dunia kerja. Kegiatan magang ini dilaksanakan di PT Dimiyati dan diikuti oleh Alzahwa Salsabilla Effendi, Tiara Rindhi Antika, dan Windi Oktresia Laras Hati. Melalui program magang tersebut, mahasiswa memperoleh kesempatan untuk memahami secara langsung sistem kerja di lingkungan perusahaan serta mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama perkuliahan ke dalam dunia kerja profesional. Selama menjalani kegiatan magang, mahasiswa terlibat dalam berbagai aktivitas administrasi, pengelolaan data, serta kegiatan operasional lainnya yang mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Kegiatan magang ini juga menjadi sarana bagi mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama tim, kedisiplinan, serta tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Pengalaman yang diperoleh selama magang diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal berharga bagi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dan persaingan di dunia kerja. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan magang ini dibimbing oleh dosen pendamping Sigit Doni Ramdan, S.T., M.Eng., yang secara aktif memberikan arahan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi kepada mahasiswa agar program magang dapat berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan manfaat pembelajaran secara maksimal. Melalui program magang ini, Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia terus berkomitmen mendukung pengembangan kualitas mahasiswa agar tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki pengalaman dan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja saat ini.

Bandar Lampung – Mahasiswa Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Deviter Arya Bima Laka, tengah melaksanakan program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT Bintang Berlian Sukses Pratama sebagai bentuk implementasi pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan di dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini menjadi sarana bagi mahasiswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman langsung di lingkungan perusahaan sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia industri. Selama menjalani PKL, Deviter Arya Bima Laka terlibat dalam berbagai aktivitas yang mendukung operasional perusahaan, mulai dari kegiatan administrasi, pengelolaan data, hingga tugas-tugas lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan bidang kerja yang dijalankan. Melalui pengalaman tersebut, mahasiswa dapat memahami sistem kerja profesional secara nyata serta mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah diperoleh selama masa perkuliahan. Selain memperluas wawasan dan pengalaman kerja, program PKL ini juga membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama, disiplin, tanggung jawab, serta kemampuan beradaptasi di lingkungan kerja profesional. Kompetensi tersebut menjadi bekal penting bagi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dan persaingan di dunia kerja setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan. Program PKL ini mendapat bimbingan dari dosen Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Aditia Yudhistira, S.Kom., M.Kom., yang secara aktif memberikan arahan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung. Bimbingan tersebut bertujuan untuk memastikan mahasiswa dapat menjalankan PKL dengan baik serta memperoleh manfaat pembelajaran yang optimal. Melalui kegiatan PKL di PT Bintang Berlian Sukses Pratama, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengalaman, dan keterampilan yang dapat menunjang pengembangan karier di masa depan. Program ini juga menjadi bentuk komitmen Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang unggul, profesional, dan siap berkontribusi di dunia kerja.

Bandar Lampung – Mahasiswa Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Muthia Safira Lisandi dan Via Azzahra Rahmadita, tengah melaksanakan program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT Auto 2000 Way Halim sebagai bentuk implementasi pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan di dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini menjadi wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk memperoleh pengalaman langsung di lingkungan perusahaan otomotif sekaligus meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. Selama menjalani PKL, Muthia Safira Lisandi dan Via Azzahra Rahmadita terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan administrasi, pelayanan pelanggan, pengelolaan data, serta aktivitas operasional lainnya yang mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Melalui program tersebut, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami sistem kerja secara nyata sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama tim, dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas. Program PKL ini mendapat bimbingan dari dosen Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia, Marsi Fella Riski, S.E., M.Ak., CRA., yang secara aktif memberikan arahan dan pendampingan selama pelaksanaan kegiatan berlangsung. Bimbingan tersebut menjadi bagian penting dalam memastikan mahasiswa dapat menjalankan PKL sesuai dengan tujuan akademik dan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Melalui kegiatan PKL di PT Auto 2000 Way Halim, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengalaman, serta keterampilan yang dapat menjadi bekal dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia profesional di masa mendatang. The Lampung Banker - in an effort to increase the competence and readiness against the working world, Indonesian University student, Wilson Pradana Damanik, carried out an internship at the Indonesian Railroad PT. This event became a means for students to acquire live experience and develop professional skills relevant to industrial needs. Through this internship program, Wilson has had the opportunity to understand the various working processes in the corporate environment, from administration, service, to operational support the traffic activities. The experience is expected to expand the insight and increase student adaptability skills to professional working culture.
