
Lap Banker - In an effort to increase the competence and work experience of the professional world, student of the University of Teknowrat Indonesia, Ghefira Ayesha Faizal and Septi Goddess Kusuma, is executing an independent internship program in the (BSI) KCP Bay Bung Bandar Lampung.
These internship activities became one of the real steps students in developing skills, insight, and working skills directly in the Islamic banking industry. During an internship, students were given the opportunity to understand the banking service system, the administration, to the cultural professionals applied in the industrial world.
This self-training program is also a tool for students to hone in the ability to communicate, discipline, teamwork, and the responsibility to face the challenges of the real workforce. By directly engaged in corporate operational activities, students are expected to be able to apply the science that has been obtained during the course into the practice of real work.

In his establishment, the internship was guided by a professor of the University of Teknowrat Indonesia, Shiwi Angelica Cindiyasari Sihono, MBA, which gives direction and guidance for students to be able to run a maximum internship program and gain useful experience for future career development.
Through these activities, it is expected that Indonesian University students can get ready for the competition of the workforce and be able to be a superior, adaptive and competent professional generation in their field.
