Lap Banker - In order to improve the readiness of students facing the workforce, two students carried out an independent internship program in the neighborhood. National Farm (BPN) Lampung Province. It became one form of implementation outside the campus that gave students a real experience in understanding the working system of government agencies.
The student who attended the internship is Rayhan Private and Sabiq Seara Wasesa. During undergoing an internship, they were both directly involved in various work activities related to the management of farming, data management, and the process of public service that became an important part of the task and function of the National Agriculture Agency.

Through this internship, students not only acquire experience of work directly, but also have the opportunity to develop the various skills needed in the professional world. The experience includes communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and understanding of work procedures in government agencies.
This independent internship was also carried out under the tutoring guidance Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd., M.Hum, that gives direction and academic mentorship during the student program. The guidance of a guidance counselor has become an important part of ensuring that internship not only provides a work experience, but also remains in tune with the purpose of academic learning in college.
An internship like this is expected to be a means for students to know the real world of work and to prepare themselves for the challenges of having completed education. In addition, these activities are also a form of college contributions in supporting the development of competent human resources and ready to compete in the professional world.
With interns in institutions such as the Lampung Province National Agriculture Agency, students are expected to be able to develop insight, improve competence, as well as get a real sense of responsibility and work ethics in professional environments. This is certainly an important provision for students in building a career in the future.
