The University of Indonesian Teknokrat through Career and Training Center (TCTC) organized a practice-working-at-work socialization program (PKL) and the New Year's Apprentice Theater 2025- 2026. This event took place on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, online via the Zoom Meeting platform.
Socialization followed by about 100 students from the FTIC and the Department of Economics and Business. This socialization aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of students related to mechanisms, provisions, and strategies in selecting the PKL and interns relevant to the competence and the needs of the working world.
The event was officially opened by the TCTC Head of the University of Teknocrat Indonesia, Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd, M.Hum. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of the PKL and internship as a bridge between the academic world and the industrial world. According to him, students are expected not only to make the PKL and internship an academic obligation, but also a means of building experiences, professional networks, and early career readiness.
"PKL and internship are not merely academic obligations, but strategic opportunities for students to build experience, professional networking, and readiness to the work world after graduation." Jafar's word in his greeting.
This socialization presents the source of Dr. Erliyan Redy Susanto, M.Kom, as a FTICH Intern Coordinator. He also gave tips to students to be selective in selecting the place of PKL and interns, especially in national and multinational companies that have a reputation and a reputation relevant to student science.
Through these activities, the University of the Indonesian Teknocrat hopes that students can be more prepared and more directed in determining the location of PKL and internship, so that the experience obtained really supports increased academic competence, professional skills, as well as the sales skills of graduates in the workforce.
