TCTC University of the Indonesian Tecocrat on a PKL Student Rising at Disdukapal City of Lampung
The Lap - Indonesian University of Teknokrat School via Career and Training Center (TCTC) conducted a student pickup activity that completed the PKL Work Practical Program at the Department of Invasion and the City of Bandar Penitentiary. The student who was in the PKL program was Abdul Qoom, Divka Ferdiansheh, and Dwiki Ade Sapudra. This extraction is part of the final stages of the PKL execution that has given students the opportunity to get a live work experience in the government agency. During the time of PKL, students were involved in various administrative activities of occupation, data management, community service, and other operational activities that supported the implementation of task and function of Dumped Bandar City. Through these activities, students not only gain understanding of the administration system of occupation and public service, but also develop communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility for completing the task. The experiences obtained during PKL are expected to be a valuable service in preparing for the work world after completing education. In his work, this PKL activity had the guidance of parjito, S.com, M.Cs, who actively performed surveillance, mentorship, and evaluation of student development during field practice. The extraction also became a momentum to strengthen the partnership.
