The Lampang Student University of Indonesia has re-demonstrated its commitment to preparing for the work world through field practice (PKL). Three students, Devi Nur Fejer Anggraeni, Dhea Adinda Fahmi, and Rahelia Purwati, are currently conducting a PKL at the Indonesian Shari Bank of Indonesia KC Cape Karang. This PKL event became one of the forms of implementation of learning that connects the theories that are obtained in college with direct practice in the industrial world. During the time of PKL, students had the opportunity to understand the real banking system, improve professional skills, as well as hone communication skills and teamwork in the real working environment. Indonesian University of Teknowkrat Practical Work at the BRI Way HalimStudent Unit from the University of Teknowrat Indonesia continues to show their readiness in the face of the work world through the practice of Field Work (PKL). This time, three students get a chance to go to the CIA at the Indonesian Bank of Way Halim. This PKL activity is an important moment for students to experience the immediate atmosphere of work in the banking world. During the practice, students not only learned about the bank's operational system, but also engaged in various activities supporting service to the clients. This experience gives us a lot of benefits, from adding insight, improving communication skills, to training discipline and responsibility. By going directly into the work environment, students can understand how the theory learned in class is applied in real situations.
