
Lap Banker - Indonesian University of Teknowkrat, Ivanka Ramadoni Muchtar and M. Reccilido Agustin, in the middle of practice Field Work activities (PKL) in Lampung Province Tourism Service. This event became one form of implementation of learning that aims to give students a real work experience before jumping directly into the professional world.
During the time of PKL, both students were involved in various work activities associated with administration, information management, service and other supporting activities in the Lampung Province Department environment. Through these activities, students get the opportunity to understand the work of government agencies and develop communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility in the workforce.
This PKL program is also under the guidance of professor of the Indonesian University of Teknokrat, Parjito, S.Kom., M.Cs. which gives the students direction and guidance during the process of carrying out activities. That guidance is expected to help students to optimize learning and improve competence according to the field.
Through this practice of field work, Ivanka Ramadoni Muchtar and M. Recitydo Agustin It is expected to gain insight and valuable experiences that can serve in the face of future labor challenges. In addition, this activity has also become synergy between college and government agencies in favor of developing competent and professional human resources.
