
Lap Banker - Student Indonesian University of Teknocrat re-show readiness in the face of the workforce via self-training program in DPRD Secretary Lampung Province. This event was followed by three students, which is Kms Bismar Mochambad Fathurraman, Kuneria Ramadhanti Tuhaza, and Jessica Angelina Hutaruk.
The self-control program became a vessel for students to get a live work experience in government environments, especially in administration, institutional services, and in management of social activities. During an internship, students get a chance to understand the working process of government agencies and improve professional skills in a real working environment.

In addition to expanding insight and experience, these activities also help students develop communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility for completing the task. The experience is expected to be a valuable provision for students to prepare themselves for future business competition.
In doing so, this independent internship was led by a companion professor Yura Fernando, S.Kom., M.Kom., That gives direction, mentorship, and evaluation to students so that interns work well and benefits optimal development of student competence.
