Lap Banker - Indonesian University of Teknowkrat, Chika Bianca Princess Fany and Retno Handayani, is executing an internship program in The BPJS Health Office Branch Dopeman as part of an effort to improve competence and readiness towards the workforce. It became a vessel for students to acquire direct experience in professional environments, especially in service and administration.
During an internship, both students were involved in various operational activities related to the services of the participants, administrative management, as well as the enquiry in the BPJS Health environment. Through that experience, students can understand the agency's working system, improve communication skills, as well as hone teamwork skills and responsibility.

This internship was guided by a professor of the University of Teknowrat Indonesia, Wulan Rezky Amaliah, S.Ak., M.Ak. That gives the academic direction and mentorship during the internship. That guidance is expected to help students develop professional abilities and apply the science that has been studied during the course.
An internship at the Lampung Branch Branch Health Office is expected to provide a valuable experience for Chika Bianca Princess Fany and Retno Handalani in preparing to face competition in the workforce. In addition, this activity has also become a synergy between colleges and agencies in favor of developing quality and ready-to-work human resources.
