Lap Banker - In an effort to improve the readiness of a student facing the workforce, one of the University of February of Indonesia, Princess Tryo Gerilyana, during an independent internship in the government agency, the Traffic Directorate of the Lampung County Police.

This internship is part of an implementation of practice-based learning that aims to give students direct experience in professional working environments. During an internship, Gerilyana was involved in various activities related to administration, public service, and the introduction of work systems in the police environment, particularly in traffic.

The program is also under academic guidance from Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd., M.Hum, which actively gives direction and evaluation to ensure internship activities run in tune with the reach of student learning. With that guidance, students are expected not only to gain work experience, but to also be able to develop academic and professional competence in balance.

Through this self-study program, it is expected that students can improve communication skills, discipline, and adaptability in the workforce. In addition, this experience became an important provision for students in preparing for future career challenges. Events like this have also become a tangible commitment to the University of Teknocrat of Indonesia to support the development of superior human resources and are ready to compete in the workforce.
