Dwelling Banker - Students at the University of the Indonesian Teknocrat have reaffirmed their commitment to increasing competence and readiness in the world of work by carrying out an independent internship program at the Lampung Province Hall. This event is part of the practice of experience-oriented learning that prompts students to directly engage in the professional world according to the discipline they learned.

This self-study program offers the opportunity for students to get real work experiences, especially in the field of language, document management, and literacy support activities that are the top priority of the Lampung Province Language Hall. Throughout the activity, students participated actively in various tasks, starting with analysis and data processing of language, drafting administrative reports, to participate in the development and preservation programs conducted by institutions.

In addition to fixing hard skills, this internship program also has a crucial role in developing nontechnical skills, such as communication, teamwork, time management, and professional ethics at work. Live interaction with professionals and experts at the Language Hall also provides a new understanding of dynamics and real demands in the workforce.
During the execution, students received academic guidance from guidance professor Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd., M.Hum., who constantly gave direction, monitoring, and evaluations on student progress during internship. This guidance aims to ensure that the activities performed remain in line with the results of learning and give more value to the development of student skills.
This self-control program is expected to be a link between the world of education and work, so students are not only superior in theory, but also prepared to compete professionally. With this experience, students are expected to be fully prepared, both in knowledge, in skill and attitude, in the face of the challenge in the work world after completing education.
Through the development of this activity, the Indonesian University of Teknowkrat remains committed in supporting the quality of students through various programs suitable for industry and institutions, and strengthening collaboration between education and the workforce.
