The Lampung Banker - as an effort to improve competence and readiness against the workforce, Indonesian University University, Princess Ayuingtias and Tiara, is executing an internship program at PT Light Lamp Thesumums (CLTM). It became a means for students to get work experiences directly and apply the science that had been studied during the course into professional environments.
Through this training program, Princess Ayuningtias and Tiara have the opportunity to understand the process of working in the industry, improve communication skills, teamwork, as well as the required solving problems in the world today. The experience is expected to be a valuable provision for students in preparing for a career after completing education.
This internship program is carried out under the tutoring guidance Naila Princess Maharani, S.M., M.M., which always gives direction and guidance during the internship. The synergy between college and the industrial world is an important step towards creating competent, adaptive, and ready to compete in a increasingly dynamic working era.
