
Lap Banker - In the form of implementation of practice-based learning and trying to improve readiness in the face of the workforce, students at the University of Teknokrat Indonesia carried out an internship program at the ULIN Way Halim PLN. This event was followed by three students, which is Alvino Zaki, Anam Wire, and Rifan Ardino Sapudra, that gets an opportunity to engage directly in various operational and administration activities in the corporate environment.
Through this training program, students are able to understand the work process in the labor sector, improve professional skills, and develop communication skills, teamwork, and solving problems that become important competence in the current work world. The experience is expected to provide a real picture of professional labor culture as well as strengthen their readiness in entering the industry after completing education.
This internship was conducted under the guidance of professor of the University of Teknowrat Indonesia, Dr. Zaenal Abidin, S.Si., S.Kom., M.T.,, which constantly provides direction and guidance so students can optimize the learning process during the internship.

The internship program is one of the most important means for students to connect the theories that are obtained in college with the practices that exist in the field. In addition to expanding insight and work experience, it also helps students build professionalism, work ethic, as well as adaptability skills to the increasingly dynamic development of the industrial world.
With collaboration between the University of the Indonesian Teoukrat and the ULIN Way Halim, it is expected to create a competent, competitive, and ready to contribute to the national work and development world.
