Through the PKL at the Power Honda Motor Way Halim, Student Sharpen Professional Skills
The Lampang University students of the University of Indonesia, Nur Ananda and Sicilian Ruterica, are conducting the PKL (Field Work Practics) in Power Honda Motor Halim as part of the implementation of learning in the workforce. It became a vessel for students to acquire professional experience and improve the field skills that they studied in college. During the time of PKL, both students were involved in various operations and services available in the corporate environment. Through these activities, students can understand industrial working systems, improve communication skills, teamwork, as well as build a discipline and responsibility attitude in the professional world. Through the PKL program at the Power Honda Motor Way Halim, it is expected that students are able to acquire new insights and real experiences that can be an essential provision in the face of future working worlds. In addition, this activity has also become a collaboration between college and the industrial world in creating competent and ready-to-work human resources.
