In addition to increasing insight and work experience, it also helps students develop communication skills, teamwork, solving problems, as well as adaptability skills in professional working environments. Through direct involvement in the industrial world, students are expected to be able to strengthen their competence and readiness in the face of the business world competition in the digital era. The Lampung Lampang University Student, Aniza Nabain, Aura Azhar Naila, and Good Pangestu, are conducting the PKL Work Practics program in the Lampung Province DPRD as a form of implementation and development skills in the workforce. This event became a vessel for students to acquire live experience in government agencies and improve professional competence. This PKL program got the guidance from a professor at the University of Teknocrat Indonesia, Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd., M.Hum., actively providing direction and assistance during the execution of activities. That guidance became an important part in making sure students can run PKL according to academic purposes and the needs of the workforce.
