The Lampung University Student University of Indonesia re-undertook an internship program as a form of competitive and readiness for the business world. The Lampung Lampang University Student, Aniza Nabain, Aura Azhar Naila, and Good Pangestu, are conducting the PKL Work Practics program in the Lampung Province DPRD as a form of implementation and development skills in the workforce. This event became a vessel for students to acquire live experience in government agencies and improve professional competence. This internship became a vessel for students to get direct experience in professional working environments, especially in the development of metaverse technology, digital innovation, and the implementation of modern technology that continues to grow in the current era of digital transformation. The Lampang University Student of the Indonesian University, Aryo Satria, is conducting an independent internship at the Pure Light PT Furnite Manufacturing & Trading as part of the implementation of practice-based learning in the industrial world. This independent internship is meant to give students real experience in understanding the work process in corporate environments, especially in manufacturing and furniture trade. Through these activities, students are expected to develop professional skills, such as discipline, responsibility, communication skills, as well as teamwork.
