Student of Intern Teknokrat at the Golden IB PT to Increase Professional Comtension

The Lampung University Student University of Indonesia re-undertook an internship program as a form of competitive and readiness for the business world. This internship was conducted at the Golden IB PT and followed by M. Reza Pramata, Muhammad Aira Puja, and Roniansheh Syaiful Arief. Through the internship program, students get the opportunity to directly understand the working system in the corporate environment as well as apply the science that has been studied during the course into professional work. During an internship, students were involved in various administrative activities, data management, service and other operational activities supporting corporate performance. This internship is also a tool for students to improve communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility for completing the task. Experience obtained during internship is expected to be a valuable provision for students in the face of challenge and competition in the workforce. In doing so, this internship was led by teachers of the law, S.Kom., who are actively advising, enquiry, and evaluation of students to be able to do well and to benefit the learning at the most. During an internship, students were involved in various administrative activities, data management, and other operational activities supporting corporate performance. This internship is also a tool for students to improve communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility for completing the task. Experience obtained during internship is expected to be a valuable provision for students in the face of challenge and competition in the workforce. In his work, this internship was guided by the professor of companion of Sigit Doni Ramdan, S.T., M.Eng., who actively gave direction, mentorship, and evaluation to students so that the internship program could go well and give maximum benefit of learning. The Lampung Banker - in an effort to increase the competence and readiness against the working world, Indonesian University student, Wilson Pradana Damanik, carried out an internship at the Indonesian Railroad PT. This event became a means for students to acquire live experience and develop professional skills relevant to industrial needs. Through this internship program, Wilson has had the opportunity to understand the various working processes in the corporate environment, from administration, service, to operational support the traffic activities. The experience is expected to expand the insight and increase student adaptability skills to professional working culture.
