The Lampung Banker - as a form of implementation of practice-based learning and effort to improve readiness in the face of the workforce, student of the Indonesian Teknokrat University carried out an internal internship program at the University of Teknokrat Indonesia. The event was followed by three students, which is Hadi Priono, Raditya Dzilan Riyadi, Muhammad Ba'asith Zaurdhan who had the opportunity to engage directly in various operational activities and administration in the corporate environment. Through this training program, students can understand the process of working in digital and meta technology sectors, improve professional skills, as well as develop communication skills, teamwork, and solving problems that become important competence in the current work world. The experience is expected to provide a real picture of professional labor culture as well as strengthen their readiness in entering the industry after completing education. The Lampang University - Indonesian Teknokrat University via Career and Training Center (TCTC) conducted a student pickup program that completed an internship at Samsat Metro- Imopulo. The student who was in the internship program was Amanda Maylan Indriani and Achmad Ricky Pranata. This extraction is part of the final stage of the internship that gives students the opportunity to get a live work experience in the public service environment. During an internship, students were involved in various administrative activities, data management, community service, and other operational activities supporting the process of service at Samsat Metro- Imopuro. Through that experience, students can understand the professional working system in the public service agency as well as develop skills relevant to the needs of the workforce. In addition to increasing insight and experience, students also hone the ability to communicate, teamwork, discipline, and the responsibility of completing the duties given during internship.
