Enhance Work Experience, Student Tecocrat Intern at BLEMI

The Lap Banker - as a result of the development of competency and readiness against the workforce, student of the Indonesian University of Teknokrat ran a self-training program at BPERMI (Indonesian Migratory Workers Service Hall). This event was followed by a student, by Muhamad Rofiansyah.

Through the self-control program, students get the opportunity to get to know the working system in the government environment, especially in the field of administration and general service in the Lovelong Province Secretary. During an internship, students gain valuable experience in understanding the work process of the agency, management of the administration, as well as the professional working culture in the government environment.

This event is also a means for students to improve communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility for completing the various tasks that were given during the internship. The experience is expected to strengthen student readiness in the face of future labor challenges.

In his execution, this self-study program was guided by the companion professor Ahmad, S.Kom., M.Kom., who gave instructions, monitoring, and evaluations for students to be able to do optimal training and benefit from the maximum learning.

Through this independent internship, the Indonesian University of Theknowkrat continues to show its commitment in supporting student development to not only excel academically, but also have a professional experience and competence relevant to the needs of the current workforce and current government agencies.
