The Lampang University Student University of Indonesia, Deviter Aryan of the Laka Way, is conducting a PKL Work Practical Program (PKL) at the Diamond Star PT Successfully First as a form of implementation of learning and development skills in the workforce. This event became a means for students to acquire direct experience in corporate environments and improve professional competence relevant to industrial needs. During the PKL, the Laka Aryan Deviter was involved in various activities supporting corporate operations, starting from administration, data management, to other tasks that fit the needs and workfields that were run. Through that experience, students were able to understand the real professional working system as well as apply the science that has been obtained during the course. In addition to expanding insight and work experience, this PKL program also helps students develop communication skills, cooperation, discipline, responsibility, and adaptability in professional working environments. It became an important provision for students to face the challenges and rivalries of the workforce after completing education. This PKL program got the guidance from professor of the University of Teknocrat Indonesia, Aderia Yudhistira, S.Kom., M.Kom., who actively gave direction, mentorship and evaluation during the execution of activities. The Lampang University Student of the Indonesian University, Aryo Satria, is conducting an independent internship at the Pure Light PT Furnite Manufacturing & Trading as part of the implementation of practice-based learning in the industrial world. This independent internship is meant to give students real experience in understanding the work process in corporate environments, especially in manufacturing and furniture trade. Through these activities, students are expected to develop professional skills, such as discipline, responsibility, communication skills, as well as teamwork. Also read: Students of the University of Teknocrat Indonesia increased professional experience in Sabhara Lapda Polda. In addition, students also get the opportunity to apply the science that has been obtained during the course into the working world in person. This internship program is guided by Ade Candra, S.M., M.M. as a guidance counselor who gives direction and academic mentorship during activities. With the presence of this self-study program, it is expected that Indonesian University students can improve their competence, insight, and job readiness to become professional, superior, competitive graduates in the industrial world.
