The Lampung Banker - in an effort to increase the competence and readiness of the work world, Indonesian University students carried out an independent internship program at ByD Arista Lamp. This internship was followed by two students, Azzellia Azharah Asmanto and Dini Aka Desvia. The self-control program is an opportunity for students to get a live work experience in an advanced auto industry environment. During the training activities, students acquired insight into professional work, corporate service systems, and operational processes applied to the modern auto industry. The Lampang Student University of Indonesia has re-demonstrated its commitment to preparing for the work world through field practice (PKL). Three students, Devi Nur Fejer Anggraeni, Dhea Adinda Fahmi, and Rahelia Purwati, are currently conducting a PKL at the Indonesian Shari Bank of Indonesia KC Cape Karang. This PKL event became one of the forms of implementation of learning that connects the theories that are obtained in college with direct practice in the industrial world. During the time of PKL, students had the opportunity to understand the real banking system, improve professional skills, as well as hone communication skills and teamwork in the real working environment.
