The Lampang University Student of the Indonesian University, Aryo Satria, is conducting an independent internship at the Pure Light PT Furnite Manufacturing & Trading as part of the implementation of practice-based learning in the industrial world. This independent internship is meant to give students real experience in understanding the work process in corporate environments, especially in manufacturing and furniture trade. Through these activities, students are expected to develop professional skills, such as discipline, responsibility, communication skills, as well as teamwork. The Lampang Bandar - Indonesian University Student, Bakti Andriyansheah, Jovira Queen Munih, and Sofa Apzah is conducting an independent internship program in Sabhara Polda Lamung as a form of academic implementation in a professional working environment. This independent internship is meant to give students a real experience in understanding the work system, discipline, administration, and service in the community of police institutions. Through this program, students are expected to be able to improve communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and adaptability in the face of the challenge of the workforce.
