Indonesian Tecocrat Student undergoing a Plain Work Practice in the DPRD City of Lampung

The Lampung Lampang University Student, Aniza Nabain, Aura Azhar Naila, and Good Pangestu, are conducting the PKL Work Practics program in the Lampung Province DPRD as a form of implementation and development skills in the workforce. This event became a vessel for students to acquire live experience in government agencies and improve professional competence. Through the program, students are expected to be able to understand the working system as well as improve communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility for running errands. This PKL program got the guidance from a professor at the University of Teknocrat Indonesia, Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd., M.Hum., actively providing direction and assistance during the execution of activities. That guidance became an important part in making sure students can run PKL according to academic purposes and the needs of the workforce. Through the PKL at the Power Honda Motor Way Halim, Student Sharpen Professional Skills

The Lampang University students of the University of Indonesia, Nur Ananda and Sicilian Ruterica, are conducting the PKL (Field Work Practics) in Power Honda Motor Halim as part of the implementation of learning in the workforce. It became a vessel for students to acquire professional experience and improve the field skills that they studied in college. During the time of PKL, both students were involved in various operations and services available in the corporate environment. Through these activities, students can understand industrial working systems, improve communication skills, teamwork, as well as build a discipline and responsibility attitude in the professional world.
