
The Lampang Student University of Indonesia has re-demonstrated its commitment to preparing for the work world through field practice (PKL). Three students, that is. Devi Nur Fejer Anggraeni, Dhea Adinda Fahmi, and Rahelia Purwati, currently in the middle of implementing PKL in ♪ ♪.
This PKL event became one of the forms of implementation of learning that connects the theories that are obtained in college with direct practice in the industrial world. During the time of PKL, students had the opportunity to understand the real banking system, improve professional skills, as well as hone communication skills and teamwork in the real working environment.

In doing so, it was guided by a companion professor, Marsi Fella Riski, S.E., M.Ak., CIA, which also gives direction and evaluations for students to do optimal tasks and to have maximum experience.
Through this PKL program, it is expected that students not only have academic competence, but also mental readiness and professionals to compete in the working world. The experience obtained during the internship became a valuable tool in building a career in the future, especially in the ever-expanding Philadelphia banking field in Indonesia.
