The Lampung Lampang University Student, Aniza Nabain, Aura Azhar Naila, and Good Pangestu, are conducting the PKL Work Practics program in the Lampung Province DPRD as a form of implementation and development skills in the workforce. This event became a vessel for students to acquire live experience in government agencies and improve professional competence. Through the program, students are expected to be able to understand the working system as well as improve communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility for running errands. This PKL program got the guidance from a professor at the University of Teknocrat Indonesia, Dr. Jafar Fakhrurozi, S.Pd., M.Hum., actively providing direction and assistance during the execution of activities. That guidance became an important part in making sure students can run PKL according to academic purposes and the needs of the workforce. The Lampung University Student of Teknokrat Indonesia, Annisa Zulfa Ulya and the God of the Ocean, are conducting an internship program at the Lampung Province Ministry Office as an implementation of learning and development skills in the workforce. This event became a vessel for students to acquire live experience in government agencies and improve professional competence. During his internship, Annisa Zulfa Ulya and the God of the Ocean were involved in various administrative activities, data management, service, and other operational activities supporting the performance of the agency. Through the program, students are expected to be able to understand the working system as well as improve communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility for running errands.
