Teknowkrat Student Live Intern in the Daze Police Department, Enhanced Working World
The Lampung Banker - in an effort to improve student readiness against the workforce, one student of the Indonesian University of Teknokrat, Gerilyana Tryo Princess, is conducting a self-training program in the government agency, which is the Traffic Directorate of the Lampung Police. This internship is part of an implementation of practice-based learning that aims to give students direct experience in professional working environments. During an internship, Gerilyana was involved in various activities related to administration, public service, and the introduction of work systems in the police environment, particularly in traffic. With that guidance, students are expected not only to gain work experience, but to also be able to develop academic and professional competence in balance. Through this self-study program, it is expected that students can improve communication skills, discipline, and adaptability in the workforce. In addition, this experience became an important provision for students in preparing for future career challenges. This kind of activity has also become a real entity.
