The Lampung University Student University of Indonesia has again shown great readiness in the face of work through a self-sustaining internship program at the Lampung Province Secretary. This event was followed by three students by Kms, the Bismar Mochammad Fathurraman, Kuneria Ramadhanti Tuhaza, and Jessica Angelina Hutaruk. The self-control program became a vessel for students to get a live work experience in government environments, especially in administration, institutional services, and in management of social activities. The Lampung Banker - in an effort to increase the competence and readiness of the work world, Indonesian University students carried out an independent internship program at ByD Arista Lamp. This internship was followed by two students, Azzellia Azharah Asmanto and Dini Aka Desvia. The self-control program is an opportunity for students to get a live work experience in an advanced auto industry environment. During the training activities, students acquired insight into professional work, corporate service systems, and operational processes applied to the modern auto industry. The Lap Banker - as an effort to improve the quality of the superior human capital and ready to compete in the workforce, student of the Information Studies Program for the University of Teknokrat Indonesia conducted an independent internship in the Lat Province Development Planning Institute. This event was followed by three students, which is Hendi Sesesisa, Tio Fani Ari Aji's son, and Wildan Private. This independent internship is part of an implementation of a practice-based curriculum that aims to give students a real experience in the face of business dynamics, especially in the environment of government agencies. Through these activities, students are expected to be able to integrate the science that has been obtained during the course with direct practice in the field. During the training program, students were involved in various activities supporting the performance of the agency, including the management and data processing, drafting reports, as well as the utilization of information technology in the process of building the area. This engagement gives students a chance to understand live professional working processes, bureaucratic systems, and structured and sustainable development planning mechanisms.
