TCTC University of Indonesian Teknocrat on the PKL Student Extract at PT PLN UL P Metro
The Lampang University of Indonesia via the Career and Training Center (TCTC) performed a student pickup activities that completed the PKL Work Practics program at the PT PLN ULP Metro. The student who was in the PKL program was Muhammad Faiz Fahreza. During the time of PKL, students had the opportunity to engage in various administrative activities, data management, customer service, and operational activities that supported the business process and the PT PLN service of the NEEP. Through that experience, students were able to understand the professional working system applied to companies as well as develop competence relevant to the needs of the workforce. In addition to increasing the insight and technical skills, students also hone communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility in completing the task given during PKL period. In doing so, this PKL activity was the guidance of Febrian companion Eko Saputra, S.M., M.S.M., who actively performed monitoring, escort, as well as evaluating students during field work development. The extraction also became a momentum to strengthen the cooperation of the Union.
