
The Lampang University of Indonesia via the Career and Training Center (TCTC) performed a student pickup activities that completed the PKL Work Practics program at the PT PLN ULP Metro. The student who was in the PKL program was Muhammad Faiz Fahreza.

This extraction event is part of the final stages of PKL implementation that aims to provide a live work experience in the environment of an electric service provider. During the time of PKL, students had the opportunity to engage in various administrative activities, data management, customer service, and operational activities that supported the business process and the PT PLN service of the NEEP.
Through that experience, students were able to understand the professional working system applied to companies as well as develop competence relevant to the needs of the workforce. In addition to increasing the insight and technical skills, students also hone the ability to communicate, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility for completing the task during the PKL period.
In the process, this PKL activity got the guidance of Febrian professor Eko Sapugra, S.M., M.S.M., who actively performed surveillance, mentoring, and evaluations on student development during field practice. The extraction event also became a momentum to strengthen the co-operation relationship between the Indonesian University of Teknocrat and the PT PLN of ULP Metro in support of developing student competence.
