TCTC University of Indonesian Teknocrat on the PKL Student Extract at the Lat Branch Perum DAMRI

The Lap - Indonesian University of Teknokrat Career and Training Center (TCTC) conducted a student pickup activity that completed the Plain Work Practical Program at the Lumbar Branch Perum. The student who was in the PKL program was Difa Imandini and Melyza Adelia.

This extraction is part of the final stage of PKL implementation that gives students the opportunity to get a live work experience in the neighborhood of state transportation companies. During the time of PKL, students were involved in various administration activities, data management, services, and other operational activities that supported corporate performance in providing transportation services to the public.

Through that experience, students were able to understand the professional working system applied in the corporate environment of transportation services as well as develop all the skills needed in the workforce. Moreover, students also gain experience in improving communication skills, teamwork, discipline and responsibility during the PKL period.

In the process, this PKL activity got the guidance of professor Wulan Rezky Amaliah, SAk., M.Ak., who actively performed surveillance, mentoring, and evaluations on student development during field practice. The extraction event also became a momentum to strengthen the co-operation between the University of Indonesia and Perum DAMRl Branch Lamung in supporting the development of student competence.

Through this PKL program, the Indonesian University of Teknocrat continues to commit to a superior, professional, and prepared to face the challenges of the working world. The synergy between college and the world is expected to continue to support the development of competent, adaptive, and highly competitive resources in various industrial sectors.
