
The Lap - Indonesian University of Teknokrat through the Career and Training Center (TCTC) performed a student pickup activity that completed the PKL Work Practical Program at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KC Cape Cliff. The student who was in the PKL program was Devi Nur Fejer Anggraeni, Dhea Adinda Fahmi, and Rahelia Purwati.
This extraction event became part of the final stages of the PKL implementation that aims to give real work experiences to students in the urban banking industry. During the time of PKL, students had the opportunity to engage in various administrative activities, service systems, data management, as well as other operational activities supporting the Clanah banking service.
Through that experience, students were able to understand directly the working system in the Prolific banking sector, as well as develop the professional skills needed in the workforce. In addition, students also increase communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility in performing the duties given during the PKL period.
In the process, this PKL activity got the guidance of co-professor Marsi Fella Riski, S.E., M.Ak., the CIA, who actively performed surveillance, mentorship, and evaluation on student development during field practice. The extraction event also became a momentum to strengthen the co-operation between the University of Indonesia and the Indonesian Sharia Bank of Indonesia KC Cape Karang in supporting the development of student competence.
