The Lap - Indonesian University of Teknokrat Career and Training Center (TCTC) conducted a student pickup activity that completed the PKL Work Practics program at PT FIF Group. The student who was in the PKL program was Karenina Paniagua and Nadia.

This extraction is part of the final stage of PKL implementation that has given students the opportunity to get a live work experience in the community of finance companies and financial services. During the time of PKL, students were involved in various administration activities, customer services, data management, and other operational activities supporting corporate performance.
Through that experience, students were able to understand the professional working system applied in the business world as well as develop the skills needed in the workforce. Moreover, students also get the opportunity to improve communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and the responsibility of completing the tasks and jobs given during the PKL period.
In the process, this PKL activity got the guidance from professor Dwi Gema Soegesti, S.M., M.S.M., who was actively monitoring, mentoring, and evaluating students during field practice. The extraction event also became a momentum to strengthen the working relationship between the University of Indonesia and the PT FIF Group in favor of developing student competence through real work experience.
Through this PKL program, the Indonesian University of Teknocrat continues to produce superior, professional, and prepared for the challenges of the working world. The intertwined synergy between college and the industrial world is expected to continue to support the quality of competent, adaptive, competitive human resources.
