The Lampung Banker - as a form of implementation of practice-based learning and effort to improve readiness in the face of the workforce, student of the Indonesian Teknokrat University carried out an internal internship program at the University of Teknokrat Indonesia. The event was followed by three students, which is Hadi Priono, Raditya Dzilan Riyadi, Muhammad Ba'asith Zaurdhan who had the opportunity to engage directly in various operational activities and administration in the corporate environment. Through this training program, students can understand the process of working in digital and meta technology sectors, improve professional skills, as well as develop communication skills, teamwork, and solving problems that become important competence in the current work world. The experience is expected to provide a real picture of professional labor culture as well as strengthen their readiness in entering the industry after completing education. The internship was conducted under the guidance of professor of the University of Teknokrat Indonesia, Qadhli Jafar Adrian, BMM. Entering the world of work isn't just about getting a job after graduating. For students and alumni, the work world is a process that requires preparation, adaptability, and the will to continue learning. The increasingly diverse rivalries make a person not only rely on diploma, but also need to have skills and experiences that suit industrial needs. For students, preparing for the job world, it's better to start when you're still in college. One of the steps that can be done is to participate in internship, practice in the field (PKL), organizations, intelligence, and various activities that can increase experience. From those activities, students can learn to work together in teams, communicate, solve problems, and understand how the working environment actually works. In addition to experience, students also need to start building abilities that are relevant to areas that want to be visited. Technical skills or hard skills are important, but soft skills like communication, cooperation, time management, responsibility and adaptability are also an important part of the workforce. The University of Teknokrat Indonesia via Teknokrat Career and Training Center (TCTC) will host the Alumni Talk activities referred to "Building a Career as an ASN on Saturday, 11 July 2026 at 13.30 at 13: 30 pm until it is online via Zoom. This is for the candidates to be a student on July 1, 2026 and student of the University of Teknokrat Indonesia as preparing for career after graduation. The alumni Talk presents two Indonesian University of Theknokrat University who has successfully made a career as an Aspur of the Civil Affairs (ASN), which is Pitpit Juwarshihis, S.Kom, in the Lampung Province Human Resources Agency, as well as Muhamad Fariq Adiansyah, S.Kom, Public Services in Lampung Province. Through these activities, the participants will get insight into the career trips of the sources, starting with preparation for the ASN selection, effective learning strategy, experience during the recruitment process, to the challenges and opportunities of running the tasks of the state.
