The Lap - Indonesian University of Teknokrat Career and Training Center (TCTC) conducted a student pickup activity that completed the PKL Work Practics program at the PTA Saran Surround Ventura. The student who was in the PKL program was Ely Widia and Isna Hidayatul Lestari.
This extraction event became part of the final stages of PKL implementation that gave students the opportunity to get a live work experience in the environment of venture and venture capital. During the time of PKL, students were involved in various administrative activities, data management, service and other operational activities supporting corporate business processes.
Through that experience, students can understand the professional working system in the financial services sector as well as develop skills relevant to the needs of the workforce. In addition to increasing insight and experience, students also hone the ability to communicate, teamwork, discipline, and the responsibility of completing the tasks given during PKL.
In the process, this PKL activity had the guidance of Dr. Amarudin's co-professor S.Kom., M.Eng., who was actively monitoring, mentoring, and evaluating students during field practice. The extraction event also became a momentum to strengthen the co-operation between the University of Indonesia and PT Sarana Ventura Lampong in supporting the development of student competence.
Through this PKL program, the Indonesian University of Teknocrat continues to commit to a superior, professional, and prepared to face the challenges of the working world. Collaboration between colleges and the world is expected to continue to support the development of competent, adaptive, and highly competitive human resources in various industrial sectors.
