
The University of Indonesia's Teknokrat Career and Training Center (TCTC) conducted a student pickup program that completed the Labor Work Course (PKL) program at the TV Radar or TV Radar.

This extraction became part of the final stages of the PKL implementation that gave students the opportunity to get a live work experience in the media industry and broadcast. During the time of PKL, students were involved in various activities supporting the production of content, administration, media management, as well as other operational activities in the area of work in the neighborhood of Radar Lampung TV.
Through that experience, students were able to understand the professional working system of media and broadcasting and develop skills relevant to the needs of the creative industry. In addition to increasing insight and work experience, students also hone the ability to communicate, teamwork, creativity, discipline, and responsibility for completing the task provided during the PKL execution.
In the process, this PKL activity got the guidance from the professor of Nirvana Hendratuty, S.Kom., M.Cs, who actively performed surveillance, mentoring, and evaluations on student development during field practice. The extraction event has also become a momentum to strengthen the working relationship between the University of Indonesia and the TV Lap Radar in favor of developing student competence through industrial experience.
