Freshman Intern Student at BSI KCP Bay Betung to Increase Work World Comtension
The Lampung Banker - in an effort to improve the competence and work experience in the professional world, student of Teknokrat University Indonesia, Ghefira Ayesha Faisal and Septi Goddess Kusma, are conducting an independent internship program at the Syaria Bank of Indonesia (BSI) KCP Bay Btung Bandar Lampung. These internship activities became one of the real steps students in developing skills, insight, and working skills directly in the Islamic banking industry. During an internship, students were given the opportunity to understand the banking service system, the administration, to the cultural professionals applied in the industrial world. This self-training program is also a tool for students to hone in the ability to communicate, discipline, teamwork, and the responsibility to face the challenges of the real workforce. By directly engaged in corporate operational activities, students are expected to be able to apply the science that has been obtained during the course into the practice of real work. Through these activities, the Indonesian University students will be able to get ready for the du competition.
