The student of the PKL Teknowkrat at the Diamond Star PT was successful.

The Lampang University Student University of Indonesia, Deviter Aryan of the Laka Way, is conducting a PKL Work Practical Program (PKL) at the Diamond Star PT Successfully First as a form of implementation of learning and development skills in the workforce. This event became a means for students to acquire direct experience in corporate environments and improve professional competence relevant to industrial needs. During the PKL, the Laka Aryan Deviter was involved in various activities supporting corporate operations, starting from administration, data management, to other tasks that fit the needs and workfields that were run. Through that experience, students were able to understand the real professional working system as well as apply the science that has been obtained during the course. In addition to expanding insight and work experience, this PKL program also helps students develop communication skills, cooperation, discipline, responsibility, and adaptability in professional working environments. It became an important provision for students to face the challenges and rivalries of the workforce after completing education. This PKL program got the guidance from professor of the University of Teknocrat Indonesia, Aderia Yudhistira, S.Kom., M.Kom., who actively gave direction, mentorship and evaluation during the execution of activities. The Lampung Banker - in an effort to increase the competence and readiness against the working world, Indonesian University student, Wilson Pradana Damanik, carried out an internship at the Indonesian Railroad PT. This event became a means for students to acquire live experience and develop professional skills relevant to industrial needs. Through this internship program, Wilson has had the opportunity to understand the various working processes in the corporate environment, from administration, service, to operational support the traffic activities. The experience is expected to expand the insight and increase student adaptability skills to professional working culture.
